VacancyPlug is free for job seekers. We do not charge fees to browse listings, create accounts, or apply for positions. Employers may be charged fees for premium listing services, but these charges do not affect job seekers.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of VacancyPlug, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or submitting information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Respect the intellectual property rights of VacancyPlug and third parties
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site
- Not use the Site to transmit any harmful or malicious code
- Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site’s functionality

4. Job Listings
4.1 Verification Process
VacancyPlug implements a rigorous verification process to ensure the legitimacy of job listings and employers on our platform. This process includes verifying company registration, contact details, and conducting background checks. However, while we take reasonable steps to verify listings, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all information provided by employers.
4.2 No Employment Guarantee
VacancyPlug is a job listing platform only. We do not:
- Guarantee employment or job placement
- Act as an employment agency or recruiter
- Make hiring decisions on behalf of employers
- Guarantee the accuracy of salary information or job descriptions
- Control the hiring process or employment terms offered by employers
The employment relationship is solely between the job seeker and the employer. VacancyPlug is not a party to any employment contract or agreement.
4.3 Third-Party Content
Job descriptions, company information, and other content related to job listings are provided by third-party employers. While we verify the legitimacy of companies, we do not verify or endorse the accuracy of every detail in job postings. Users should conduct their own due diligence before applying for positions or accepting employment offers.
5. Prohibited Activities
You are expressly prohibited from:
- Posting false, fraudulent, or misleading job listings or information
- Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data from the Site using automated means
- Attempting to decipher, decompile, or reverse engineer any software comprising the Site
- Using the Site to send spam, phishing attempts, or other unsolicited communications

7. User Due Diligence and Safety
While VacancyPlug verifies employers and job listings, job seekers should still exercise caution and conduct their own research before applying for positions or accepting employment offers. We strongly recommend:
- Researching companies independently before applying
- Never paying money to apply for jobs or for “processing fees”
- Being wary of job offers that seem too good to be true
- Verifying employer legitimacy through official channels
- Meeting with employers in public, professional settings
- Protecting your personal information and never sharing sensitive data unnecessarily
- Reporting suspicious listings immediately to report@vacancyplug.com
If you encounter any suspicious or fraudulent job listings, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
8.1 Service “As Is”
VacancyPlug is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the Site will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Site will be corrected
- The Site or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components
8.2 External Links

10. Termination
