Job Purpose
The core role of this function is to perform billing function for all Power By The Hour (PBTH) contracts as well ss any/all Time & Material projects, and training as well as provide oingoing support for Ad- Hoc assistance.
Principal Accountabilities
- BILLING
Timeous and complete billing of PBTH and T & M revenue.
Monitor discrepancies and issue credit notes.
Monitor the reconciling of monthly invoices to the statement per customer.
Monitor expiry dates on PBTH and other contracts for timeous rate adjustments.
Send customer invoices and statement to customers on each billing period.
PROJECTS CONTROL
Issue the different types of projects to business.
Administer projects system by scrutinizing that correct numbers have been loaded
on the system to enable business to capture costs.
Ensure that all completed project numbers have been closed and billed.
Assist with interface errors of projects not existing or closed on SAP.
REPORTING
Report on total revenue per GL Account to Management Accounting (month and
YTD – Sales Report).
Project reports on the value of open and closed projects for the month and YTD.
Balance Debtors invoices to client statements.
COSTING
Analyse all costs booked to project numbers prior to billing to ensure profitability.
Maintain tables in CO/SD module within SAP system.

| Job Purpose | Generate, analyse, maintain and implement the work instructions from maintenance programs and other source documentations for SAAT customers fleet by inserting and controlling maintenance requirements and limitations in MIS for effective aircraft and components management, from entry to redelivery and continual support within SAAT in supporting the CAMO activities. |
| Principal Accountabilities | Generate and maintain fleet documentation and maintenance data in accordance with SAAT procedures for regulatory compliance and continued airworthiness. Coordinate compliance of technical requirements and maintenance data flow during the entry, continual support and redelivery of aircraft. Administer the implementation of the respective maintenance programs, to initiate instructions related to maintenance requirements, reliability and life limitation control from various source documents. Initiate maintenance requirements by uploading instructions into the MIS for systematic structures, limit control and compliance. Compile and maintain technical reports on programs and projects for statistical data, effective record keeping and up to date status listings. Develop, amend and maintain minor check schedules and other maintenance instructions as required. Support all CAMO activities as required Create a communicative channel between operators, maintenance and support areas on documentation, maintenance requirements and reporting. Provide expert information for others in the organization and/or externally, on maintenance programs, maintenance requirements and records. Attend operational meetings to co-ordinate activities between departments. Introduce new or improved systems/methods to improve the processes and efficiency. This includes review of industry developments and adoption of best practices. Provide the support and resolutions of in-service problems or maintenance queries to maintain/improve maintenance and logistical support. Introduction and exiting of aircraft Assist in co-ordinating the preparatory data insertion requirements for new aircraft and its components into the MIS. Review and integrate incoming aircraft documentation into the MIS. Liaise with representatives for aircraft documentation requirements and records at exit and during audits. Implementation, planning, and control of aircraft and component maintenance requirements.Liaise with respective stakeholders in capturing aircraft data and assigning applicable life limits into the MIS. Plan and control the accomplishment of the required maintenance including special inspections as required. Ensure that all limits are loaded onto the MIS for tracking and control of aircraft, components and engines in the MIS to conform to predetermined life limits. Maintain current and updated aircraft status reports and listings.Work with the team leader on projects or as a team member on allocated projects.Maintain the programs and records for continued airworthiness on related maintenance data to ensure continuous improvement.Perform in-depth independent maintenance documentation analysis and judgement for the effectiveness and compliance.  Compile, analyse and evaluate work scopes, maintenance & reliability programs as required. |
| Qualifications & Experience | Grade 12 with Maths & ScienceAircraft Maintenance and an N6 or National Diploma in engineeringMust be a qualified Type 2 certified mechanical or avionics technician with 4 years’ in certified experience in Aircraft Maintenance. |

| Job Purpose | Senior License Technician will certify all maintenance work and defect rectification performed by him and work performed by uncertified staff.Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks which require self-inspection, servicing repairs, overhaul, testing, trouble shooting and modifications and certify tasks completed by him or uncertified team members. |
| Principal Accountabilities | Perform troubleshooting of defects and perform duplicate inspections where required Perform and ensure tasks performed are signed and stamped and all relevant A/C Documentation is completed and compliant. Retrieve aircraft manual information and authorizing of spares as required. Provide guidance and on-job training to certified and uncertified personnel. Perform all reasonable requests by the Team Leader and report to Team Leader work progress and inability’s. Operate support equipment and ensure correct tooling utilized to achieve maintenance task request as stipulated by aircraft manuals and make recommendations for specialized tooling. Ensure the safe working environment for staff aircraft, engines and equipment. Assist with inspecting, scrutinizing and completing of all documentation of work allocated to his team ensuring compliance with Company Policies and Regulatory Requirements. Assist in returning of tooling and equipment to stores and the cleanliness of work area. Liaise and co-ordinate with all Trades to meet serviceable and scheduled targets. |
| Qualifications & Experience | Grade 12 or equivalent. Must be a qualified Aviation Technician with an Avionics trade certificate with at least 3 years maintenance experience (excluding training period as an Apprentice). In-depth knowledge of SAAT QMP and Regulatory Authorities Rules and Regulations (e.g. FAA, JAA and CAA). Valid unendorsed driver’s license Code B and meet the requirements to obtain an Airports Company of SA (ACSA) airside permit for domestic airports and restricted areas. PC literate. (MS Office, MEMIS, AMOS) |
